Pink Lady Foundation began its work in 2022 and was officially registered in 2024 to respond to the urgent needs of women facing breast and cervical cancer in Tanzania.

Many women stop treatment because they cannot afford medical costs. Pink Lady Foundation provides financial assistance for chemotherapy, diagnostic tests, and transport to referral hospitals so treatment does not end due to poverty.

Cancer affects emotional and mental health as much as physical health. Pink Lady Foundation offers group sessions and professional counseling to help women cope with fear, stress, and trauma during and after treatment.

Through the Empower HER support group, women, caregivers, doctors, and counselors share experiences, medical guidance, and encouragement, creating a safe space for learning and emotional support.
